Delivery Information

We are focusing our efforts to make your shopping experience smooth, just like our coffee. Hence we have partnered with a local courier with expertise in domestic and commercial deliveries. 

Our standard delivery fee is 5 Euro for all Malta addresses and 6 Euro for Gozo addresses for orders less than 30 Euro and free for orders of more than 30 Euro. Delivery fees are not refundable and exclusive of VAT. 

Delivery usually takes between 1 to 2 days plus 1 extra day for Gozo deliveries. You will be notified via email with tracking information and updates about your delivery. 

Once an order is fulfilled, an automated email is sent notifying customers that their package is “Out for Delivery”. A track and trace facility is also offered by our service provider. 

The courier will make 2 attempts on consecutive days in the case of a failed delivery.
